Daily Update + Musings

Hello and happy Wednesday everyone! How’s your week treating you so far?  I feel like I’m moving a mile a minute and the random thoughts whirling around my head are moving even faster.  Some of these thoughts include:

  1. I woke up this morning and realized how much time has passed.  I find it hard to believe that it’s been over a year since my  “life changing” road trip from Atlanta to Chicago.
  2. And… I’m filled (to the brim!) with excitement to be visiting Chattanooga, TN for the first time since that road trip.  I’ve been craving Aretha Frankensteins ever since!
  3. I’ve let my hair grow over the past year.  I’ve trimmed it 3 times, but it’s still long.  I think that, starting January 2010, I’m chopping it all off.
  4. If I cut it, I want it to look like this.
  5. I’ve been daydreaming about my return to Atlanta and finding the best apartment/condo/townhouse ever.  Of course these daydreams involve DIY projects, picking out paints and furniture… You name it.  I’d like these daydreams to come true!
  6. I think, more then anything else, that I’m looking for a fresh start. I plan to go get it.
